The first appearance of Raikou, another of the main characters! I really like Raikou...he's so stubborn and hot tempered ^.^ His hair is kinda weird, but I think it's spiffy. I had the least trouble with Raikou's character design of all the characters I've made so far. I only drew him once before I started him in the comic! I guess it's because I already had a pretty firm idea of what I wanted him to look like.
Raikou, while having his own traits and characteristics, reminds me a lot of Kyou from Fruits Basket and Nakatsu from Hanazakari no Kimitachi e. He has blondish brown bleached hair and an evil smirk. When he's happy. The rest of the time he has a mean scowl. But he's a lot of fun, and I think he'll add a lot to the manga ^.^
Btw, isn't Hatsuko so cute in the very last frame? I love the way she turned out ^.^
